Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced written and oral American English communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically.
  • Ability to be proactive in customer relationships to maximize satisfaction.
  • Creativity.
  • Willingness and determination to suggest new features and report platform problems.
  • Ability to maintain and organize reports on a regular basis.
  • Responsible management of customer programs to ensure deadlines and KPIs are met.
