What kind of content can I order?
We can create any type of written content. You are free to completely customize your company’s content. We offer a complete array of content products including, but not limited to, press releases, blog posts, eBooks, news commentaries, informative articles, white papers and SEO content. Sorry, video and graphic design aren’t in our wheelhouse.
Who writes my articles?

All of your company’s content content is written by a team of writers who are experts in your industry. Writers are stringently vetted and are required to write for Tempesta Media before they can write for any enterprise. Only writers with the necessary industry expertise will write for you.

Do I have to provide research? Can I provide additional research?

The writers will perform all research necessary. The customized Voice Profile will indicate how you would like the writers to cite research (footnoted at the bottom or linked within the content). However, if you wish to guide the writer in a specific direction, which we encourage, you can easily attach research or additional material when placing an order.

Are articles ghostwritten or will the writer's name appear?

All articles are ghostwritten. If for some reason you desire the writer’s name to be included, simply request such in your order.

How do the ownership rights work?

You own 100 percent of all rights associated with the content you purchase from us, including the copyright. Please note you do not own any content that you do not approve.

What is the turnaround time for content?

The turnaround time for content less than 3,000 words is 5 business days. That turnaround time includes editing by one of our professional editors before you have the first look.

What if I'm not satisfied with the content?

While this rarely happens, if you’re not satisfied, we will keep working until you are. We offer unlimited revisions. If the writer is not grasping the assignment, we will remove that writer from your writer team.

How do I request revisions?

Once the content is ready for you to request revisions you will receive an email. The content status within the platform will also say awaiting client approval. You will have seven days to review completed content. You can upload a redlined copy or insert edit requests directly in the platform. Revisions are returned within 2 business days.

How do I manage the status of my content orders?

Our content management platform, Article Document, gives you the ability to manage the status of your content orders in real time. You will be able to see when the content was ordered and assigned to your optimized writer team and track when the content is in editorial review or awaiting your approval. You can easily export a report of all the content being ordered.

How do I download content?

Easily download content in pdf, rich text, or html format. Want to download the content in all three formats? No problem! Select all the formats you wish to download, and then your content downloads into a zip folder right on your computer.

Can I request rewritten existing content?
We can rewrite existing content for half the price-per-word associated with your membership level.
How do I ensure this content is original?

All our content is guaranteed to be 100% original. In fact, all of our articles are certified by Copyscape as original. Copyscape is the industry standard in detecting instances of duplicated content, also known as plagiarism.

 Our platform analyzes the writers’ submitted content for word count, keyword density, duplication, plagiarism and much more. To ensure customer satisfaction, these analyses are carried out using the latest technology and operational procedures, including Copyscape, and others. Our screening process takes place before you receive your content for review.
